We are challenging federal laws that prohibit carrying firearms in U.S. Post Offices and on postal property. USPS regulations banning guns at post offices violate the Second Amendment under the Supreme Court’s Bruen standard, which requires gun regulations to be consistent with the nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.
