ATF Frame and Receiver Rule

Morehouse v. ATF (2022)

The ATF created a rule during the Biden Administration which classified unfinished receivers sold with templates or jigs as "firearms" and thus required a background check for each purchase. The concern all gun owners should have is with each background check comes a paper trail which the ATF can more accurately track the firearms of all gun owners.
