ATF Zero Tolerance Policy II

The Biden Administration's "Zero Tolerance" policy attempted to add more arbitrary regulations for firearm dealers in order to put more of them out of business by revoking licenses. GOA's lawsuit would stop this order and force the ATF to return to pre-Biden guidelines. Although certainly problematic, the previous guidelines would take into account human error and clearly define when an FFL would engage in dangerous activities.
