California Non-Resident Concealed Carry

Even though the Bruen decision by the Supreme Court required all states to issue conceal carry licenses, Los Angelas County was dragging their feet through excessive fees, highly subjective criteria in evaluating applicants, and refusing to honor permits issued by other states. By delaying, arbitrarily denying, or refusing to issue conceal carry permits, California is denying the right to keep and bear arms to both U.S. citizens out of and within California. To get them in line with the Constitution and the Bruen decision, GOA and GOF are suing Los Angeles, the State of California, and the officials responsible for denying the listed plaintiffs and all other lawful citizens of California their Second Amendment rights.
