Illinois Assault Weapons Ban

FFLs of Illinois v. Jay Robert Pritzker

In 2023, Illinois passed the so-called "Protect Illinois Communities Act" (PICA), prohibiting many firearms, firearm parts, and magazines which have been in common use for decades and criminalizing their sale. GOA, GOF, and several other pro-gun groups and Illinois citizens are suing the state of Illinois for enforcing this blatant infringement on the right to keep and bear arms.
