Massachusetts Gun Ban

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts passed H.B. 4885, a law that completely bans 18-to-20-year-olds from acquiring, possessing, or carrying semiautomatic firearms and handguns, leaving them defenseless and stripping them of their fundamental rights. The bureacrats named in the lawsuit are directly responsible for carrying out this measure, which would further restrict which citizens, such as the plaintiff Mack Escher, from exercing their Second Amendment rights. GOA and GOF are suing on behalf of Mr. Escher to restore him his rights, along with several other national and state pro-gun groups, such as FPC, NRA, Gun Owners' Action League, and Commonwealth Second Amendment.
