Virginia Parks Gun Ban

The City of Winchester Virginia enacted an ordinance banning firearms in parking garages. This is in violation of both the state and federal Constitutions. Citizens or visiting residents effectively cannot use public parking garages and practice their Second Amendment rights while this law is in effect.
