Summary

In efforts to reduce the number of FFLs, the Biden-Harris Administration issued a massive increase in ATF regulations and inspections to revoke more FFL licenses, known as "Zero Tolerance." One of the FFLs the ATF is attempting to destroy through more bureaucratic and arbitrary rules is Morehouse Enterprises LLC. Morehouse is an FFL in North Dakota which was inspected by ATF Director of Industry Operations Hans Hummel of the St. Paul Field Office who is attempting to revoke Morehouse's license because of insignificant and normal paperwork errors. In addition to Morehouse, GOA is teaming up with GOF other FFLs in other circuit courts to stop Zero Tolerance.
